Pasta 'Tayar' with Meatballs

Well, to say that I am a good cook, I dare not... But, I really LOVE cooking.

So, let me share another of my simple recipes to follow.

I call it  Pasta 'Tayar' with Meatballs.



Easy to eat and easy to do. Even Mr. Soulmate pun boleh buat!!

Ingredients:

1. Pasta 'tayar' (beli dari Mahnaz - kedai arab kat sebelah sekolah teknik Shah Alam tu)
2. Meatball (beli dari pasar borong)
3. Carrot (dadu) + Celery (dadu)
4. Bawang merah (2 ulas) - cincang
5. Bawang putih (2 ulas) - cincang
6. Olive Oil (2 tablespoon)
7. Pepper (I used the mixed pepper salt)
8. Chicken stock / water + kiub ayam knorr


Steps to cook:
1.Brown the meatballs with olive oil (xde olive oil pun xpe. You can use cooking oil or any oil as long as you don't use sesame oil!!). After it is brown enough, angkat dan toskan minyak. Use paper towel for that.
2. Tumis bawang merah + bawang putih with olive oil which you use to brown the meatballs.
3. Dah naik bau, masukkan carrot + celery.
4. When the veggies sweat, put the chicken stock or water + kiub ayam knorr
5. Then add the pasta and meatballs.
6. When it is almost done, add salt and pepper.

This one is Alif & Aimy's favorite dish. Makan smp menghirup sup dan segalanya.. Aimy sure makan pasta tayar sampai habis.
