Hey peeps... Guess what? I got a suprise call from who else.. the TM Unifi people!!
They were trying to persuade me to continue my order for Unifi service.. See, I told you! But my bitter heart has turned to Maxis Home Fibre so, I decline nicely... Although the diva inside me was cheering, I talked to the officer nicely.
One customer loss may meant nothing to them, for now. But in the long run... not very good for the business if they continue to service customers and potential customers like that which means more customer loss for the company.
So, customers truly are right, am I right?? heheheee.....
