Diari #whole30 - Hari #15 ke #21

Yippee. ...
3rd week and going strong!!

Well... almost.
Skg ni terasa nak makan coklat yg amat2. Craving outragesly.
Tapi tetap cool. .. tetap maintain.

Tahap kemalasan sekarang terlebih OVER. Memang byk tenaga... cuma dah start mencari alternatif dan resipi yg simple dan sedap.

Pagi2 selalu mmg suka mkn telur... what to do.. that is the most simple. Don't judge coz I like potatoes. Suka jadikan chips and cruttons. . Tapi semua pakai air fryer or baked. Lain skitlah rasanya.

Ada juga cheat guna rempah Mak Odah. Tapi tak mkn sangat kuahnya... so.. should be ok. Hihi....

Btw..

 Rasa cam perut dah kempis skit... badan ringan skit. Hopefully benarlah semua ini. Pasni nak cuti 2 hari then mula semula diet whole60 pula...
