I'm Back & FYP Hospital Putrajaya
Hello!!!
Miss me??
aaahhh.... I've been away.. quite a long long time...
Well, I am back!!!
Happy to tell stories and share what's what in my life.. again....
So, back-date every stories to tell, I start off with this.......
I have a new baby boy!!!!
Muhammad Ariq Harraz...
He's adorable, of course every mother says so.. but seriously, I mean it! see for yourself!!
Alhamdulillah, he was born on 5th April 2013 (5/4/13 such a nice combination) by c-section.
YESSSS!!!! C-section again... there goes the probability of having more kids... But, I guess it was for the best, both me and Ariq. All because I had GDM (Gastronomic Diabetes Melittus) and Hypertension. The Gynae (Dr. Azmi from Hospital Putrajaya) said it was an age factor (Huh, never thought 33 years old was OLD!).
I was happy being an FYP (Fully Paying Patient) at Hospital Putrajaya. I was so happy with my gynae selection (Dr. Azmi). He was very knowledgeable and gave very good advices through out my pregnancy. Alhamdulillah. Here is my journey.....
P/S: The cost of all was RM3400 with 1st class service!!

My Confinement Days & Ariq's Jaundice
Surprisingly... I love my confinement days.. I took 3 month maternity leave option (government servants has this option), and I actually enjoyed every single day of my confinement days.
I mean, yes, of course there are days that I don't have enough sleep or I was too tired but Alhamdulillah, all of those at the end of the day made me happy. My soulmate and I decided to hire a confinement nanny for 2 weeks (14 days). Alhamdulillah, we got the right one... Kak Long Liza. She is marvelous!!!!!
Her routine everyday, arrive at about 8. Serves me breakfast. Took Ariq outside for sunbathing (jaundice precaution). and bathe Ariq while I have my breakfast. Then, after I feed Ariq (fully breastfeed.. ok!), I took my 'beauty-herbal' bath. Seriously, love the scent from the mix of daun pandan and all. While I was doing my thing, she cooks for me. After I am done, she will start the massage/ tungku session. Such a relief!!
I started a new routine after Day 17, coz I took care of me and my Ariq myself. No more confinement nanny after that. I cook and bathe Ariq myself. But, Alhamdulillah.. maybe coz I took supplements from Shaklee and I really follow strictly the pantang of no ice, cold foods and all.
However, being an O+ blood type, Ariq had jaundice at Day 5. It worsen but not until hospitalized. The reading was quite ok lah...
First check was 204, then increased to 217. I was puzzled and a bit skeptical. I remembered I gave Aimy (my daughter) something when she got jaundice. I called Ibu and she bought me Transfer Factor. I also bought Nutriferon (Shaklee). I gave both as a mix 3 times a day. Alhamdulillah... it reduced to 174 then 123. Discharged after that (all check ups done in Klinik Kesihatan Dengkil. Why?? Because that was the nearest and less crowded.. hahaaa).
So, I had the opportunity of a lifetime to watch TV from morning to night. Like I said to my friend, from drama to drama. After confinement (40 days), I took my kids to the playground. Ariq, vevery morning we had our morning walks. He loves it!!
